This analytical platform is specialized in the conservation and microbial analysis of soil, sediment and water samples. Within AnaEE-France, GenoSol is therefore offering a service consisting in genomic analysis of these three types of environmental matrices. This offer is complemented by the provision of an information system on the microbial diversity of soils and the environment.
The GenoSol service offer for sample conservation is integrated into the RARe (Agricultural Resources for Research) infrastructure.
