The "mobile gas laboratory" makes it possible to measure in real time the evolution of GHG flows (CO2, N2O CH4, with their isotopic signature 13C, 15N) between soil-plant and atmosphere, coming either from a plot, or from a vertical profile in the air or in the laboratory. The "mobile gas laboratory" can be installed on different (experimental) sites and ecosystems (grasslands, crops, forests). The mobile gas laboratory is equipped for measurements of gas concentrations and flows at several scales ranging from a few m2 to the plot; by incubations in the laboratory, measurements in chambers (static and automatic) or a flow tower (several ha).
